I am always searching for the simplistic things in life. They invoke such a feeling of peace into me that I cannot even put into words how deep it touches my soul. From laundry hanging out on a clothesline, to sitting by the ocean and listening to the waves lap at my feet, from blue skies and soft clouds, to the singing of the Robin in early spring, from soft winds rustling thru the trees, to my little pooch having sweet deep puppy dreams, these are just a few of what I consider the blessings in my life.
I was blessed again this weekend when after my lovely holidays, I came home to a Lavender Festival no more than 20 minutes away from my home. Although the lavender was spectacular as usual, what tore at my heart strings were two beautiful girls playing among the lavender rows. Oh the wonderment of small children...

Life is about the Simple Pleasures my friends. Just simple pleasures.
Thank you to the kind parents for allowing me to take these photographs of their beautiful daughters.
This week I will be joining Outdoor Wednesday and Best Posts of the Week and I wish to thank them both for hosting same.
Until Next Time.
