PLACES: An area with definite or indefinite boundaries; a portion of space.
Sometimes in life, we all just need a little place of our own, a place to just sit, a place to contemplate, a place to daydream, a place to soak in the beauty, a place to watch the comings and goings of life.
A place to smell the sweet scents of summer days
A place for quiet thoughts
A place for soft sweet sounds
A place in the midst of life
A place to socialize
A place to warm your heart and take in the gracious views
A place to celebrate
AND A PLACE TO JUST BE.....
WHERE IS YOUR PLACE?
This week I am joining Outdoor Wednesday
and thank asoutherndaydreamer.blogspot.com
for hosting same.
Here's hoping that you have a place all unto your own.
Until Next Time.

wow, beautiful pictures, looks very relaxing, i especially like the lavender pictures.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely post! Those were all wonderful places...mine would be on the back porch today...thanks for asking :)
ReplyDeleteThese are amazing 'places' Tracy... My 'places' are the little beach across the road from me where I LOVE to walk, my front porch that looks out on crazy ocean sunsets, a secret little spot just down the road that I can always seem to count on having to myself... and sit on the rocky 'cliffs', feeling like I am almost 'over' the ocean... And sometimes it's just inside, in a cozy sweater, watching the snow fall and blow outside.
ReplyDeleteOoops! Apologies to all your readers Tracy! Mid-August is not the time to bring up SNOW... is it!?
ReplyDeleteMy place is in my back yard surronded by the birds bees, flowers and the trees! Wonderful post!
ReplyDeleteI have yet to find "the" place that I can call my own....I love your photo essay--both your pictures and words. I can see myself in all of those places. :-)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos. I'd like to be sat on one of those adirondack chairs right now. That looks just right to me.
